I joined Pilates Mill Creek in May of 2007. I have taken around 65 classes and have notice a significant change in my body. I have lost around 10 inches in my waist, hips and thighs. What a great feeling to put on a pair of pants and have them loose in all the right areas. I have also seen changes in my arms and abs as they are becoming more defined.

In taking these classes I learned to become aware of my posture. Now I carry myself in a much taller upright position (shoulders back, head high & tummy in). My energy level has increased a great deal as well.

I take my classes with Amber and Vanessa. Both are highly qualified trainers and care about the results I want to obtain. Personally, I love the attention that I receive from them as they focus on adjusting my workouts to my ability to achieve my goals. I have become addicted to my workouts as I don’t want to miss a class! I love it!

I'm 54 years old and don't like to exercise, but to my surprise…I've discovered that I love Pilates! Even more to my surprise…I've gotten results! I started working out at Pilates Mill Creek since last March (2007).

I find the instructors to be extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and inspiring. The facility is also clean and upscale. The workouts are individualized and the instructors consistently challenge and affirm my efforts and progress.

My husband has even recently begun the Pilates workouts, as he has had neck and back pain for years. The exercises and stretching have helped him dramatically and we both feel the increase in our energy levels throughout the day.

I encourage anyone, at any age to consider this form of exercise. It's rewarding, fun and a sound investment in your personal health.

I have been a client at Pilates Mill Creek for almost one year now. I attend classes once a week since I have such a crazy work schedule and I don’t really live all that close to Mill Creek. Anyway, the cool thing is that even though I only go to classes once a week, I have seen lasting results. People ask me all the time if I have lost more weight, or they tell me that I look skinnier today. Who doesn’t like that, right?

I have had most of my classes with Vanessa and Amber. They are great instructors. You can tell they know their stuff. They are very friendly, but they make you sweat! After every class I feel exhausted, but that doesn’t last long and then the energy kicks in for the rest of the day. The best thing is that I just feel better about myself each time I go to a class. Pilates will now remain a part of my fitness routine.

I found Pilates Mill Creek 10 months ago and now I'm addicted. In that time I have become stronger and more flexible which is making me a better athlete. I’ve quit using a chiropractor for my lower back as well. Pilates has made my body longer and leaner and I’ve lost a total of 10lb and 12 inches all around.
