Our Policies
Attire
Please wear breathable attire that allows a full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothing as they may interfere with exercise positions. Please remove heavy jewelry before each session to allow freedom of movement and to eliminate the chance that it may catch on something. Please only wear socks to each session. We recommend wearing ToeSox™ that have rubber bumps on the soles to allow better traction and comfort when performing exercises. ToeSox™ and Pilates apparel may be purchased in our lobby for your convenience.
Empty Stomach
Please eat 2-3 hours before your classes to allow enough time for your food to digest to eliminate restriction of movements. Please also be well hydrated.
Bring a Towel
Since you will be exercising, expect to break a sweat!
Food and Drinks
We do not allow food or drinks besides water in the hardwood area of the studio for hygiene and safety reasons, but they are allowed in the dressing and receptionist area. Complimentary water is provided in the lobby.
Perfume or Cologne
Please do not wear perfume or cologne prior to your sessions as other members may be allergic to these fragrances.
Arrive in Good Time
Give yourself enough time to arrive, change, use the restroom, etc. Appointments start promptly on the hour. If you are late, try to enter the session quietly. We are not able to provide lost time due to tardiness.
Check-In
Please scan your member card at the receptionist desk upon arriving to your appointments. Scanning your card is how we track your attendance. For your convenience, when you have a credit card on file with us, you may purchase products and services by scanning your member card, then the product.
Personal Belongings
A cubby is provided in the changing area for your belongings. Cell phones and pagers must be placed in the cubbies and silenced to preserve a peaceful experience for all. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being is one of our highest concerns. Prior to each session, please inform your instructor about any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, injuries, or physical ailments so that they can help modify your exercises.
