Candace Gobble
Certifications:
AFAA Cycling, AFAA Group X, AFAA Practical Pilates, AFPA Nutrition and Wellness Counseling, AFPA Personal Training, CPR, Precision Cycling, WITS.
Experience:
Candace has been a Fitness Instructor since 1999 and has been in the fitness industry since 1993. Candace received her Pilates certification through AFAA and is currently training through Balanced Body University. Candace has also been a Program Director for various Health Clubs and a Soccer Trainer for PPFC Girls U-14 soccer team.
Candace has taught many other group fitness classes which include: 30 Minute Abs and Buns, BodyPump, Circuit, Cycling, Hi/Lo, Kickboxing, Rep Reebok, Sculpt, and Step.
Philosophy:
"In order to get to the next fitness level you have to physically challenge yourself to get there. It won't happen staying where you are at. It takes dedication and trying new things to challenge yourself, so take the next step and watch what can happen."
Favorite Pilates Exercise:
"All feet in the strap exercises - Leg lowers, Scissors, Circles, and Frogs."
Inspiration to become a Pilates Instructor:
"To see how the body can change once Pilates has been experienced."
Fitness Related Hobbies:
Candace enjoys running outside, whether on the pavement or on the sand. She also enjoys traveling to tropical places with her husband and two teenage daughters. Candace is also a big supporter for cancer fund raisers and missions.
