Erica is Pilates Certified through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) - Comprehensive Teacher Training Course.

Experience:
Erica has been practicing Pilates for 10 years. She has studied under well-known Pilates experts including Kristi Cooper White and Tracey Mallett, who will be featuring Erica in her upcoming book and DVD.

“I was inspired to become a Pilates instructor during college when I studied Kinesiology.”

Fitness related hobbies:
Erica enjoys a variety of fitness activities including volleyball, interval training, yoga, running after her two small children, and of course Pilates.


 
   

Our certified instructors are extensively trained in all of the equipment used in our studio. They will guide you to a longer, leaner body using our arsenal of Pilates exercises. They will change your routine each session to see lasting results and can modify or intensify each exercise according to your fitness level.

Monday thru Friday 6am-8pm & Saturday 9am-2pm.
