Margaret Roberts

Certifications:
Margaret is Pilates certified through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) - Comprehensive Teacher Training Course.

Experience:
Margaret has an extensive background in classical ballet, modern, lyrical and jazz dance. Margaret graduated from the University of Washington for dance and has performed and taught all over the east coast including Walt Disney World and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She spent several years using the Gryrotonic Expansion System leading her to her interest in Pilates. Pilates has been helpful to keep Margaret balanced, and have strength and control in all forms of fitness.

Margaret has also been a IPA certified Personal Trainer for 3 years helping hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals.

Philosophy:
"Always strive to perform to the best of your body’s ability and always keep moving throughout life."

Favorite Pilates exercise:

"Full Pike on the Wunda Chair because it is incredibly challenging and really tests your abdominal strength. To master this exercise is a big payoff for all the core work that is involved in all Pilates repertoire."

Inspiration to become a Pilates Instructor:

"I wanted to become a Pilates instructor to help people become more efficient in how they move in everyday life and feel better about themselves."

Fitness related hobbies:

Margaret enjoys dance classes, lots of hot yoga, walking her lab Sebastian, running and fishing all over the Northwest.

 
   

Our certified instructors are extensively trained in all of the equipment used in our studio. They will guide you to a longer, leaner body using our arsenal of Pilates exercises. They will change your routine each session to see lasting results and can modify or intensify each exercise according to your fitness level.

Monday thru Friday 6am-8pm & Saturday 9am-2pm.
