Yamuna (Ya-men-ah) is best described as a fitness modality that combines the benefits of deep tissue massage and a chiropractic session all rolled into an intense core workout.

Our invigorating Yamuna classes that will help you align, lengthen and tone your neck and shoulders, release the full length and breadth of your back, and open your hips, knees and feet. You will leave with a sense of spacious freedom in your body, a quiet yet awake mind and an overall sense of peace and well-being. We only allow up to 5 participants to one instructor.
Our certified Yamuna instructor is Levana Benabe who is featured in the video above.
Levana is also a certified Pilates instructor through Romana teaching since the age of 17. Levana has a great movement background in Yoga and Dance as well and even her mom is a certified Pilates instructor. She is experienced with all types of injuries, aches, and pains and enjoys helping people feel better faster!
When:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm at Pilates Mill Creek. The Yamuna balls and mats are provided. Just wear non-baggy clothing to class.

What's great is that you can use any one of our standard Pilates packages towards a Pilates or Yamuna class. For example, you can purchase our 8 or 4 session package and use half for Pilates and half for Yamuna classes.
